Window shopping #15
Hotel merch for the hype set, toiletry minis for the frequent flyer, and a reefside retreat with a boat of its own
This is Window Shopping, a weekly mini-letter from Window Seat—your stylish scroll through what’s new, noteworthy, and next in the world of travel. Each issue blends timely headlines, personal favorites, and design-forward hotels to keep your wanderlust well-fed.

The jet set meets the hype set. Highsnobiety’s capsule collection with Italy’s most glamorous cliffside hotel isn’t your typical resortwear collab. It’s a blend of old-school jet-set elegance and modern streetwear culture—a sign of how hotels are tapping unexpected partners to stay relevant with younger audiences. Striped polos, branded towels, and even a pétanque set round out the drop, which launches June 11.
Your toiletries bag just got a first-class upgrade. Cadence launched their Parcel System in an expanded size range—small, large, and extra-large. I’ve used (and loved) the medium size for a while now, so I’m excited to try out the others. And it’s not the only upgrade this week: Crown Affair and Sofie Pavitt both dropped TSA-approved travel minis. Big fan of carrying a mini brush at all times and simplifying your skincare.

I kicked off the summer with trains, yachts, and hotels. This past week was a whirlwind of travel media events. I previewed the new Orient Express yacht, hotel, and train (the brand is BACK in a big way!), and I was lucky enough to meet so many incredible people from Four Seasons properties around the world. (Stay tuned for upcoming coverage from my first Four Seasons stay later this year!) I also sailed around the East River on an incredibly beautiful night with
and Re: Agency to toast the season. A lovely reminder that sometimes the best travel moments happen at home.Bracelet / ring / earrings / sunglasses / sweater / dress

This week in pinch-me moments: Window Seat was profiled in CNBC!! I shared the story of how I walked away from my corporate job to build this newsletter full-time. Thank you for reading, supporting, and cheering me on.

Lizard Island—Great Barrier Reef, Australia
If total seclusion is your love language, this one’s for you. Lizard Island is the northernmost resort on the Great Barrier Reef, tucked inside a national park and only accessible by private charter from Cairns. The resort is all-inclusive luxury at its best: you’ll get gourmet meals, premium wine, and activities like snorkeling, paddleboarding, and reef exploration by yacht. The House, their most exclusive villa, even comes with its own private chef and 56-foot boat. If you’ve ever wanted to disappear in style, this is how to do it.
